Are you a bookkeeping pro, if so, this amazing opportunity is for you! Our client is a national financial services company that operates in the alternative lending space and looking for a bookkeeper to join their team in the Downtown core. You will report to the Controller and will be responsible for accounts payable management and accounting support for multiple legal entities. This temp to perm contract requires....



Qualifications
• Minimum 3-6 years relevant experience
• Diploma in business or accounting an asset
• Experience processing accounts payable and vendor management is preferred
• Experience reviewing bank statements, preparing reconciliations, and investigating variances
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are preferred
• Experience with Sage 300 Accounting Software is an asset

Skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Organized and excellent attention to detail
• Good prioritization skills and ability to determine when and how to escalate issues
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to develop good working relationships with departments
• Respect for highly confidential information
