We are looking for a Branch Administrator and AR to work in Richmond for a elevator, escalator renovations and repairs company who are part of a larger multinational organization. In this role you will be working along side two other Branch Administrators and cross training in responsibilities.

This is a permanent position and in this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Maintain cell phones for branch. Troubleshoot with cellular provider, setup new phones with mail server link, etc.
• Create purchase orders for Supervisors. Order and tracking parts from suppliers and returns
• Maintain accurate open purchase orders in system
• Run weekly reports for Supervisors
• A/P matching, GL coding, Entering invoices into Visibility ERP system
• Back up to payroll administrator for time-sheet entry
• Backup to payroll administrator for payroll transmittal and reconciliation
• Backup to contract administrator on day-to-day contract and customer service administrative tasks.
• Backup A/R and Collections
• Answer, record and dispatch calls for elevator service calls
• Track and escalate problems
• Invoicing Quoted and Time and Material Repairs
• Application of permits and update TSBC of completed deficiencies
• Track uniform use and returns for field mechanics
• Administer fleet - vehicle intake, maintenance, fuel cards, vehicle disposal, driver administrative requests

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in administration
- 2+ years experience with A/P & invoicing and PO numbers
- Location accessible by car only
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
