We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator for an amazing furniture fitting and innovation company in Richmond BC. This is a full time, permanent position.

This is one of the client's smaller locations, with 1 warehouse administrator and 2 Sales Reps who are in and out of the office. Therefore, you must be comfortable working by yourself.

General hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities in this position would include, but are not limited to,

Administration / Customer Service
* Entering orders into the inhouse computer system.
* Customer service: providing assistance to inside sales staff including following up on back orders and assisting customers with any inquiries and/or problems.
* Technical ordering support: provide customers with necessary information to help them order the right product.

* Ensure returns and complaints are resolved appropriately
* Receiving and establishing priorities and shipping requirements.
* Preparing customer orders for shipping

What do you bring to the table?
* Previous experience in administration and customer service in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
* Ability to work alone, as the sales representatives are generally on the road.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* SAP knowledge is a must.
* Experience using lift trucks would be an asset.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite.
