We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a background in the banking and finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure compliance of both general anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing (AML/ATF) compliance controls as well as operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards and policies
• The jobholder will also continually reassess the operational risks and likelihood of operational risk occurring.
•Maintains internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
•The jobholder will adopt the company compliance policy by escalating any identified compliance risk. The term ‘compliance’ embraces all relevant financial services laws, rules and codes with which the business has to comply
•Business Operation Analysts adhere to the standard tools and methodologies, business Consulting Framework & Process Consulting Framework and Program Management Framework & Project Management Framework (RBPM)

Experience
•Proven track record as an outstanding analyst, and/or project manager
•Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise – Financial services retail banking
•Over 3 years’ experience, Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
•Over 2 years’ experience, Exposure to business case development and a sound understanding of how design enablers underpin business benefits
