You will be working on a web-based software product for the correctional industry, specifically on detailing screens of a web interface.

What will you be working on?

• Conducting research and analysis of business requirements; understanding business issues and the challenges of the industry
• Ability to facilitate sessions with large group
• You will be accountable for gathering, managing and analyzing requirements.
• Analyzing and documenting customer needs and business process in collaboration with product owners.
• Reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, processes and recommendations related to a proposed solution;
• Working with the team and client, you will define scope; identify, create, update uses cases and workflows, and provide functional specifications
• Maintaining consistency between the client’s needs and the proposed technical solutions
• Understanding technical solutions and evaluating their functional impacts
• Taking the initiative to resolve assigned issues efficiently
• The Analyst is expected to quickly and comprehensively evolve their understanding of the domain
