Our large enterprise Calgary client has an immediate requirement for a senior Business Process Quality Analyst for an initial 6 month contract engagement starting in late October

Description of Work:
The successful candidate will consult with clients and stakeholders to determine how people, data, processes, communications, and information technology can best accomplish improvements for the business. The B/QA will act as a facilitator and liaison, bridging the gap between business & technical resources. The position identifies and analyzes opportunities for improving business and systems related process, and recommends and facilities the planning and coordination of improvements. In addition they will be responsible for developing documentation and may be assigned adhoc project and/or reporting responsibilities.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Business Process Management lifecycle and modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and supporting tools
- Good understanding of business and process analysis approaches and techniques, and demonstrates the ability to execute basic approaches and techniques as per department standards.
- Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines with multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong client/user interaction skills to elicit requirements.
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment is considered an asset
