Requirements:

- Government of Canada Reliability Clearance
- 10 years developing 3-tier applications using the .NET framework with an Oracle and/or SQL Server database
- 10 years programming with any of the following languages: ASP.NET, VB.NET, or C#.
- Coding web applications to comply with any of the following Government of Canada guidelines: Standard on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines; W3C WCAG
2.0 (A and AA) or Standard on Web Usability or Any remaining Common Look and Feel Guidelines
- Post Secondary IT degree or diploma from a recognized institution
- Writing any of the following technical documents or specifications: Design Specifications; IT Functional Specifications; System/Process flowcharts.

Duties:
a.Lead a team of Programmer Analysts providing project updates when requested;
b.Provide recommendations and guidance on matters of efficiency and effectiveness of the team;
c.Develop project tracking and progress reports;
d.Assist in the development of briefings to senior management; and
e.Develop and lead ongoing training sessions as requested
