Our downtown Toronto client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst for an exciting 6 month project to start.

Qualifications & Experience

1. University degree in Business Administration, Information System or equivalent, and considerable years of progressively more responsible experience working on large-scale information technology projects or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience;
2. Demonstrated experience defining and documenting business and system requirements, analysis and specifications; business process, data and workflow modelling; context, use cases, user stories and entity relationship diagrams in an agile environment;
3. Experience implementing large-scale cloud-based Salesforce CRM projects and technologies in a contact centre environment is considered an asset;
4. Experience assessing and reviewing business processes to identify options, best practices and opportunities to improve service delivery;
5. Experience assisting end user acceptance and business testing of various web-based applications;
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
7. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment;
8. Demonstrated advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc.), Use case Diagrams, UML, RQM, HP Tools, Visio (using BPMN);

Technical Capabilities
1. Experience working with Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Lightening Product Suite;
2. Working knowledge of data models and database schema;
3. Knowledge of Salesforce reports and dashboards capabilities for data analytics.
4. Knowledge of Salesforce user access and permissions etc;
