Our client is looking for an intermediate Business Systems Analyst to join a growing department.

Working with the Manager, OCT Vendor Management Office to create a Contract & Vendor governance framework and guidebook, utilizing a materiality outsourcing strategies and best practices. This includes as a final result, a published manual (i.e. Guidebook and Framework if required) that is approved by VMO, Enterprise Risk, and Audit as appropriate.

Job Description:

Creating documentation, interacting with all branches, data gathering/mining.
Program completion is determined by ~100% completion of a materiality assessment for all OCT vendors and 50% (compliant) implementation in each of the three materiality categories; Low, Medium, and High Materiality (meaning requisite governance, artefacts, policies and procedures in place for 50% of the vendors in each of the categories). Depending on onboarding schedule and data gathering timelines, it is estimated that this resource will be required until January 30, 2019.

Mandatory Skills:

Process review and analysis, documentation, communication (verbal and written), data mining, critical thinking. Google Apps experience (docs, sheets, forms).

Desired Skills:

Public procurement/contract management experience.
