We are currently seeking a Call Centre Supervisors. This position is responsible for providing training and support to the Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s).

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and follow company policies and procedures when communicating with customers

* Provide performance evaluations of CSRs to ensure KPIs are being met

* Handle escalated customers as well as complete escalation call backs

* Provide support in the implementation of new policies and procedures.

* Monitor and document the quality of CSR’s calls and communications to customers

* Provide training, coaching and assisting in the scheduling of CSR’s

Qualifications
Requirements:

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Able to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment

* Previous contact centre leadership experience

* Require a minimum of 3 years of call center supervisory experience
