Attention Downtown Montreal area Disability Case Managers! We have an amazing opportunity for you with a company who is established in downtown Montreal. You will be responsible for assisting employees while they are off work or at risk of being off work for health reasons. You will assess situations and determine the best strategies to ensure a timely return-to-work process.

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
•Assessment of long term disability claims including the identification, and analysis of medical, contractual, and eligibility information
•Development of case management plans
•Consistent interaction with Claimants and Clients
•Development of case management plans
•Assessment of Long Term Disability and Waiver of Premium claims including the analysis of medical, contractual, and eligibility information in order to render a decision on the claims.

Qualifications
Each of the following qualifications must be met to be the successful candidate for this role:
• 2-3 years plus working in Disability Case Management experience working with short-term disability and worker's compensation claims
• Knowledge of disability management and proceedures
• Bilingual French & English
• Ability to learn quickly
