Randstad Mississauga is recruiting for a Chemical Blending Operators to work in the West Mississauga area. Our client is located in the Winston Churchill/HWY 401 area. This will be a direct hire opportunity, paying $19-23/hr. Please submit your resume should you meet all requirements.

JOB DETAILS:
- Read batch recipes and follow instructions
- Stage and prepare ingredients for blends as needed for production
- Operates equipment safely (mix tank, scales, meters, pumps, forklifts, etc.)
- Ensures all raw materials returned to inventory have been documented correctly
- Responsible for drawing product samples to the lab as necessary
- Changing of diaphragm pumps, hose cam locks, fittings etc.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures at all time, raise concerns as they arise
- Other duties as assigned

JOB BENEFITS:
- Full time direct hire ----- No Contract/Temp work!
- Full benefits after 3 month probationary period
- Accrued vacation time
- Day shift – 7am – 3:30pm
- Hourly pay
- $19.00 – 23.00/hr

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of WHMIS / GHS
- Analytical ability, capability to troubleshoot and diagnose process systems
- Familiarity with good manufacturing processes, ISO 9001
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Forklift license

This is a day shift position, running Monday through Friday from 7:00am – 7:00pm (8 hour shifts so you must be flexible to work during these business hours).
