What will you do?

As Classroom Champions, you will drive the culture and HR responsibilities of the organization while overseeing the company’s operational processes to ensure superb educator and customer experience reporting into the CEO - Steve Mesler, who is an American former bobsledder and a three-time Olympian, World Champion, and Olympic Gold Medalist.You will optimize the company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and support new marketing, sales and fundraising initiatives. You will also assist in compiling the company's budget in the coming 3-year period; and employ strategies to safeguard assets.

You will compile financial reports, and control financial policies and procedures. You will team up with staff to implement business strategies and ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Spearheading strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction.
• Driving the organization’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
• Controlling organization costs and introducing tactical initiatives to address wasteful spending.
• Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes.
• Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports.
• Overseeing marketing and sales initiatives, and implementing better business practices.
• Handling contracts and MOU’s in partnership with the organization’s legal firms.
• Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.
• Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
• Structuring organization performance reviews to support employee growth, well being, and satisfaction.
• Understanding and overseeing IT components of the organization, programs, and sales.
• Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.


Why are you the right fit?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, master’s degree in business administration a plus.
• Five years or more experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations and strategies.
• Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.
• Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully.
• Proven track record of managing sales operations and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce and LMS platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing contracts with partners and vendors.
• Outstanding verbal and written skills and experience working with staff on all levels.
• Ability to make business projections three years into the future.
