The operations team is looking for a Client Relations and Implementation Coordinator. This role is primarily focused on maximizing opportunities within existing national and corporate accounts to ensure that we capture maximum market share.

A day in the life of a Client & relations implementation coordinator:Develop and maintain a centralized customer intelligence repository inclusive of organizational charts, media clips, annual reports, current news releases, vertical market analysis, etc., and disseminate amongst the entire client delivery teamsIncrease corporate visibility within existing accounts (enterprise sales portfolio and national accounts)Coordinate with branch leaders in all lines of business to ensure clients are thoroughly mapped and local business development is executedUpdate and maintain the Power BI reporting system to monitor wallet share increase within signed clientsCoordinate quarterly business review process for enterprise accounts serviced by client executivesInternally with the National accounts team to monitor progress, roll-out and opportunities captured at each level and within each line of business/specialtyProduce ad-hoc reports at field requests to help steer sales effortsAlign functional teams across multiple lines of business and corporate services, and coordinate to ensure implementations done in an effective and timely mannerManage client relationships throughout the implementation life cycle and acts as a key contact to clients to assure accurate and consistent communicationBuild and support quarterly reviews for the client executive team
