Are you looking for a full time opportunity?? I have 6 current COATING TECHNICIAN positions to start immediately...


-Be able to polish to a mold finish
-Work closely with the other departments to meet the specific scheduling needs of our customers.
-The ability to work independently in a timely and organized fashion to achieve scheduled deadlines and commitments
-Maintain a safe and clean working environment, while adhering to DCL’s policies and procedures
-Ability to manage and maintain a sufficient level of working supplies to efficiently do your job on a day to basis, as well as to ensure all related equipment is operating in a safe and functioning manner
-Participate in the overall cleanliness of the coating centre and will help out with all other general coating activities as required


-2 to 3 years of coating experience
-High School diploma, or equivalent
-Able to communicate in English effectively (read, write, verbal)
-Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and control systems
-Self-starter who is able to achieve customer satisfaction by meeting commitments and taking accountability; being willing to cross-train to gain additional skills and use job knowledge; and taking a common-sense approach to problem-solving
-Must work well under pressure; able to work productively both independently with minimum supervision and on a team to meet deadlines
-Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs/23 kgs
-Customer-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and delivery
-Basic computer skills

Location: Concord, Ontario
Pay: $17-21 (with shift premium)
Shifts: 6am -2:30, 2:30pm-11pm, and 10pm-6:30am
