Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for a Collections Agent ll for a 3 month contract in Markham with possibility to become permanent! If you are computer savvy and have previous call center experience this may be the role for you!

Pay Rate: $17.34/hr
Shifts: M 12 to 8, T to F 10 am to 8 pm, Saturday 9 to 5 flexible to this schedule.
(Rotational schedule- need to be flexible to work every Saturday if required)

As a Collections Agent ll your main job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide clients with advice and solutions on how to make payments
- Outbound telephone calls
- Review client accounts
- Create a professional customer experience
