What are the main responsibilities of a customer service representative?

- Handle all incoming calls and emails for personal and commercial Lines
- Modify billing methods
- Modify banking information
- Analyze and complete daily application of credit card payment
- Verify daily cancellation lists and reimbursement lists

- Location is at Montreal near the metro station Sauve
- Working hours are 37.5h per week - Stable schedule
- 11 months Contract
- Salary is $18.87/hr

What are the requirements of a customer service representative?

- Ability to handle 50-60 call per day
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Knowledge of basic Accounting principles
- Precise and proficient typing skills
- Logical and Analytical
