If you said YES, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! Our client in the North York (Yonge & Sheppard) is a property management company owning multiple properties across the city. They have been building and managing properties for over 40 years and have received multiple awards over the years. They believe in giving back to the community and have supported important causes and organizations like The Hospital for Sick Children, The Police Foundation, The Toronto Fire Department, just to name a few.

They are looking for a receptionist in a concierge desk to start immediately. This is a 6 month contract position with possibility of extension. Saturdays and Sundays only, 10 am - 6 pm.

Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Sitting at front desk / concierge at a high end condo in North York
- Answering all incoming lines
- Working multi line switchboard
- Greeting visitors and contractors
- Direct all call volume to appropriate employees
- Directing all guests accordingly
- Other administrative duties as required
