Our client, one of the top banks in Canada, is hiring a Content Marketing Manager for a role with permanent potential. You will plan and deliver content marketing activities that build awareness, attract and acquire new clients and offer value to our existing clients. As the Manager, Content Marketing you will work closely with partners across the various lines of business, various agencies and Martech platforms, and within the team itself to deliver digital content marketing programs that meet KPI’s and deliver business results.

• Content Marketing – Champion content marketing across the Enterprise and understand the role it plays throughout the digital client journey and ecosystem. You will execute content strategies for various partners within the Enterprise including performing content audits, SWOT analyses, establishing KPI’s, and reporting on results.
• Creative Delivery – Experience and demonstrated ability to develop strategic mass media plans from brief writing through to execution. Proven experience managing digital content creation, including writing and editing. Working knowledge of Social Media, SEO, digital video and programmatic.
• Relationship Building - Work closely with channel teams (front line sales, digital channels) and social media team to create a cross-channel delivery process of content messaging to further the digital funnel and ecosystem. Working with internal and external partners you will manage creative development and the internal approval process, including brand, legal and compliance reviews.

Sit within Customer Marketing, reports into the Brand Team. Content Team is responsible for bank's overall enterprise content marketing strategy, planning and production. They are "small but mighty" and a trusted partner across the business (LOBs, channel teams, Social Media Team). They work to tell the stories of the products and services the bank offers – both from a brand perspective and for large, multi-channel integrated campaigns to drive product acquisition and usage.

• Must have worked with a brand or for a brand (either client or agency side) and understand how to successfully navigate a matrixed environment
• Solid writing and editing skills
• Must absolutely be client focused – Engage with purpose to do the best for our clients.

an advocate for Content and what it can drive.
• Build relationships and work at all levels – knows how to influence to make an impact.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
