Our client, a leading Automotive Manufacturer, is hiring a Controller with the following qualifications:

* Oversee, mentor and direct the Accounting Team
* Establish and maintain internal controls
* Provide financial expertise and guidance to management
* Developing KPI's and other performance metrics
* Preparation of financial reports and statements
* Budgeting, forecasting, and planning
* Provide costing information to meet audit and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
The selected professional will possess the following:

* CPA designated professional
* Thorough knowledge of ASPE and cost accounting/manufacturing principles and practices
* Thorough knowledge and work experience in Manufacturing, with Automotive being a preferred asset
* Positive energy, ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and tight deadlines
* Clear, effective communication skills
* Previous experience managing teams
