Are you a self-motivated person who loves to coordinate? Do you have strong Sage50 experience and a great client-focused personality?

If so, I've got a great permanent role for you! Our client in Mississauga located near Winston Churchill and Burnhamthorpe is looking for a Coordinator to join their team directly supporting the service manager and president.

You will:
- Provide administrative support to the service manager, assisting with invoicing, order creation, coordination of client requests and various other ad hoc duties
- Work independently, often without supervision to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly
- Work with service technicians, ensuring they have what they need to provide excellent service to clients
- Handle client requests via phone and email, ensuring all issues are handled smoothly
- Arrange for couriers for small orders and any invoicing, follow up with clients on outstanding invoices

Qualifications
- 2+ years of coordination experience
- Sage50 experience a must
- Strong MS Office skills
