Our client in Vancouver BC is looking for a dynamic Counter Sales Administrator to join there skilled and growing team.

If you have proven Sales or Customer Service Experience and a demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize objectives to meet deadlines, then this may be the opportunity you are looking for!

Essential Responsibilities include:

*Respond to phone/email product inquires
*Prepare quotes (estimating) for counter/phone/email customers
*Detail specific product required for orders, including hardware, specialty products and hollow metal
*Completing sales orders
*Accurate receiving and processing of customer payments
*Pulling material from the warehouse
*Create purchase orders and/or transfer orders for required products as required
*Correctly enter all counter orders to company systems
*Ensure high-levels of customer service through prioritizing work-load, communicating role expectations and supporting training and development initiatives
*Efficiently handling and mitigating queries, concerns and complaints

Qualifications
Qualifications:

*Minimum High School diploma
*1 + years of general commercial construction experience with proven ability to read blue-prints
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
*Excellent planning, time management, communication and organizational skills
*Motivated self-starter and team player
*Strong ability to organize, plan, prioritize and work with within deadlines
*Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Preferred Skills:

*Architectural diploma/degree is an asset.
*Sales experience is an asset
*1-3 years of experience and/or product knowledge of metal doors/frames and related hardware, specialty items such as toilet partitions, lockers, washroom accessories, etc.
*Must be able to work well under time pressure.

*Desk/Counter Setting
*Some lifting/carrying products from the Warehouse
*Phone and Windows based computer with various software programs
