Position: Accounts Receivable and Credit Manager
Salary: 65-85K + benefits
Location: West Island

Here is the job description for the accounts receivable and credit manager:

- Maintain the corporate credit policy
- Adhere to and implement quality billing practices and procedures
- Ensure that invoices are produced and collected timely to accelerate cash flow.
- Analyze and approve credit limits based on authorized matrix
- Assist in the management of the company’s accounts receivables
- Initiate process improvement and quality reviews to simplify and improve productivity
- Accomplish departmental objectives by measuring results and making required changes when necessary
- Provide support to the billing and collection department to ensure compliance to company standards and objectives.
- Interface with Sales team, customers and vendors when required.
- Develop and maintain accurate reporting

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience as a supervisor or manager in similar role
- Strong Leadership and team-building skills

- Ability to produce positive results in high-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
