Position: Customer Liaison Coordinator

A leader in the field of nutrition / diet is looking for an autonomous and detail orientated Customer Liaison Coordinator for their Lachine office. You will be the main point of contact between clients and the company itself.

Salary: $ 30- $ 34 / hour
Hours: 40 hours / week
Location: Lachine

- Create, validate and maintain demand plans
- Make sure you have all the relevant information for the purchasing and planning team
- Participate in sales planning meetings and operations
- Determine the most appropriate forecasting model
- Determine best practices to improve forecast accuracy
- Participate in the development of security of supply strategies.
- Interpret and communicate the impact of forecasts on production
- Responsible for planning weekly and monthly production forecasts

- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Have 1-2 years experience in customer service
- Bilingual (English & French)
- In-depth knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Ability to analyze, sense of priorities, autonomy, self-confidence.
