My client in the HVAC industry (Located in the Nepean area) is looking to staff for an experience Customer Service Representative who will serve as a subject matter expert and client services representative to the companies customers and stakeholders

The individual will be responsible for the Customer service and support of a diversified line of commercial construction products by answering incoming phone calls and via email. In addition, the position will be responsible to continually increase in his/her knowledge, expertise and understanding of current and future products.

Full Time Role - Monday to Friday – 40 to 44 hours/week

This is a permanent position to start ASAP. Salary rate can range from 38, 376 - 50,757 annual

Job Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to the clients, vendors and contractors
Process customer orders
Dispatch and delivery
Provide pricing, inventory and technical information to customers
Communicate with peers in different departments to serve the customer in a timely manner
Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products sold
Perform other in store duties as required

Required qualifications:

Bilingual (English-French) is an asset
Proven customer service, communication skills and professional telephone manner Ability to work in a computerized environment
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team setting
Proven skills in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment
Knowledge and/or interest in construction and building supplies
