Successful candidates can expect to support customers who need assistance placing orders in the fashion industry, build customer relationships and enhance buying experience for the customer.

This is a permanent hiring opportunity, with room for growth! As a Level 1 customer service associate, there are different levels of Customer service you are able to work your up to including level 2 support, level 3 support, leadership, etc.

Annual Salary:
$30,000 - English speaking associates
$31,000 - Bilingual (English/French) associates

Job duties include:
- Answer inbound calls
- Assist customer placing orders for their clothing/fashion needs
- Build relationships with customers, and serve as a fashion expert by answering product inquiries and giving advice
- Provide information regarding billing, shipping and handling of orders

Qualifications
- Clear communication skills (English and English/French)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to mufti-task and handle pressure
- Dependable attendance
- 6 months of customer service experience (call centre, retail, hospitality, etc)
- Ability to work independently
- Computer literate
