what you will be doing

• provide daily customer service to national customers
• reporting, forecasting and analyzing products using CRM and Excel
• communicate pricing and forecasting programs to other branches
• maintain quality by assisting customers with product sourcing, inquiries, and issues
• advise other staff on process improvement and ideas on how to drive business
• actively participate in team brainstorming and sharing of ideas
• helping out with industry events such as customer shows
• other administrative and office support duties as required

do you have the right qualifications?

• exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• exceptional analytical, cognitive, mathematical, and software skills
• bilingual French considered a strong asset
• ability to learn and become a subject matter expert
• 2-4 years of experience in a fast paced customer service (non call center), account management, or inside sales role
• experience handling large accounts considered an asset
• advanced knowledge of MS Office a must (testing will be provided)
• ability to self motivate and thrive within a large, busy environment
• vehicle access is preferred
