Our client in Kirkland in the West Island is currently looking for a customer service and order desk representative role. This client is a dynamic company, leader in the supply, assembly and service of industrial mechanical equipment used in a wide range of industrial and environmental applications.

Reporting to the Director of Operations you will work within a young, professional and dynamic team. You will coordinate several activities associated with the supply of equipment and after sales service. You will work closely with the engineering group, the service team and the customer managers. You will have to reconcile customer requests by considering commercial, technical and logistical aspects. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

-Taking calls and emails from customers regarding parts requests
-To be able to understand the requests and make recommendations as required
- Preparing and sending submissions
-Follow up with clients on bids
-Coordinate and manage orders with suppliers
-Manage the supply of parts, logistics and transport
- Follow up with quotes, invoices, scheduling, order desk and data entry

Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM (1 hour lunch)
A complete training
A competitive salary 40,000$-50,000$

High School Graduate or DEC
Mastery of software Ms Office
Bilingual - spoken and written
Ability to communicate and establish good interpersonal relationships
Excellent sense of organization and priorities
Demonstrate rigour and autonomy
Customer service and sales skills
Experience using CRM or ERP
Parts experience an asset
