Job Title: Customer service representative
Schedule: 3 days a week (full-time possibility)
Type: Permanent position
Location: Pointe-Claire
Hours: 8:30 to 5:00pm 22.5 hours per week
Industry: Manufacturing/Distribution

Job duties:
• Assist with client inquiries and complaints
• Order entry, order status
• Product availability inquiries
• Liaise with internal departments
• Handle billing and returns
• Accounts payable and payroll
• Other administrative duties

Requirements:
• Fluent in French & English
