This is an exciting opportunity to get yourself in the door and show your customer service skills for a potentially permanent opportunity with Canada's largest BPO.

Location: Attwell and Dixon (Etobicoke) right by Pearson Airport

The role: Front line customer service

Full Time position

Pay rate: $14.00 per hour (lingual)
$16.00 per hour (bilingual)

Hours of operation; Monday to Sunday (7am-11pm) - you must be available to work any 8hr shift within this time frame.

Duration of contract: 3 months for potential permanent

START DATE: Thursday, August 30th

You'll be dealing with front line inquiries for a very large account (a Major credit card company), handling inquiries regarding balances, account management, and applications.

You'll develop amazing experience out of this opportunity !
