Attention all Retail Employees, Banking CSR's and Insurance CSR's or people who have experience giving outstanding professional customer service! Are you searching for a career change that keeps you in Customer service but gives you steady hours? Do you consider yourself a little more introverted but when you're around like minded people you come out of your shell? We are currently seeking “out of the box” personalities to join our client’s customer service team in Stoney Creek! This role will allow you to develop and hone your ability to assist clients over the phone!

In this role, you will be able to use your past experience to pivot between tasks in order to ensure the best quality of work is being done. You will be joining a growing team who is very inclusive and offers room for growth!

If you have worked in retail, management, administrative customer service or have jr insurance experience this may be the perfect fit for you!

Your Responsibilities as a customer service representative will be, but not limited to:

• Customer Service
• Accepting inbound calls with existing clients
• Call customers to complete quality checks
• Pivoting between administrative tasks and customer service
• Working within Excel and Outlook
• Other administrative tasks as required

• Permanent direct Hire
• Great Hours – Monday to Friday 11:30am -8:00pm OR Sunday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00PM, Other shifts have been added to start 2pm - 10pm (shift premium) (must be available for both shifts, 3 month rotation. Other shifts may be added in the future.)
• Benefits after 3 months – Prescriptions, Paramedical, Long term, Medical
• 2 weeks’ vacation ( black out period April, May and June)
• Ability to bank extra worked hours and use for vacation time
• $16/h-$18/h, $20/h if you're bilingual

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
• Must be good with learning new computer systems
• Someone who is empathetic and sociable with all types of personalities
• Excellent Customer service - ability to empathize or show excitement depending on the clients needs
• Great organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work within a team
