Randstad is looking for candidates with strong verbal communication skills for a Customer Service position starting on September 7th 2018

- Customer Service agent

Where?
- Sudbury (Garson)

When?
- Training starts September 6

Hours of operation: (Rotational shifts)
Monday to Sunday 7:00 am – 11:00 pm

Pay rate: $14/hour (English Agents)
Pay rate: $16/hour (English/French)

Job duties include:
- Answer inbound calls from clients
- Helping clients with their credit cards and financial needs
- Answering customer inquires about balances, adding additional members to their account, etc.
