A major retailer based in Brampton is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a permanent basis.

If you are a customer service oriented individual with good problem solving skills, this could be a great position for you!

It is 5 day work week, with one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) as part of your weekly schedule. Therefore, availability to work over the weekend is required.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Respond to inquiries regarding price, delivery, or technical support
* Respond to inquiries regarding status of customer orders
* Resolve delays, service problems and disputes
* Verify customer account numbers, pricing, terms, delivery requirements etc.
* Track back orders and ensure production, purchasing and distribution are reacting accordingly
* Liaise with other departments from the service team to ensure proper service from all directions
