Are you a customer service expert looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Do you have over 3 years customer service and/or call centre experience? Would you like to work in the telecommunications industry with one of Canada's largest and most reputable firms? If so, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support new and existing customers in our contact centre based in Burnaby.

The main responsibilities for this role includes fielding inbound client inquiries as well as following up on customer orders.

Other duties include:

- Data entry
- Handling all inbound inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service
- Liaise with other internal departments
- Order Entry
- Keep aligned with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer and client issues in a smooth and effective manner.

You must be available for full time hours. M-F regular office hours. Very rarely will you be required to work Saturdays.
