Are you a detail oriented person with a passion for providing the best possible service to your customers? Would you describe yourself as able to work well under pressure? Do you have at least two years of experience in Call Centre Customer Service?

A well known company in water utilities located in Mississauga (near Winston Churchill & Derry Rd) is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:
- Managing and maintaining customer orders to ensure deadlines are met
- Assessing and responding to customers' needs in a timely fashion
- Providing appropriate solutions to ensure resolution
- Keeping record and processing customer interactions
- Tracking and tracing of orders

Who you are:
- Post secondary education
- Minimum two years of customer service, call centre experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- SAP knowledge is considered an asset
- Inside sales experience is considered an asset
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
