Attention All Customer Service Representatives!

Do you have experience as a customer service representative? Do you enjoy working for a good cause? Have you thought about working for a non-profit Christian organization?

Randstad is recruiting for Customer service representatives to join a non-profit Christian organization located in Mississauga. This is an opportunity to utilize your customer service skills and further develop them in an amazing environment!

The successful candidates must be comfortable with receiving inbound calls from existing donors and provide an exceptional customer experience. Ideally, the successful candidates will also have experience in either a call centre setting or extensive customer service experience or experience working for a non-profit organization.

Start Date: October 22nd, 2018

Training: 2 weeks of training will be from 10 AM to 3 PM.

Hours of operation:
Monday-Thursday:8 AM to 11 PM
Friday: 8 AM to 8 PM
Rotational Saturdays:8 AM to 8 PM

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: $15.15/hour

Job duties include, but not limited to:
- Receiving inbound calls from existing and potential donors.
- Delivering top customer service and helping answer any questions donors may have
- Provide a first call resolution for any customer concerns/issues
- Data entry: recording donor and client information in database

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Data Entry & Strong computer skills a MUST
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in a non-profit or aid organization is an ASSET
- Call centre experience is an ASSET
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, Saturdays & Holidays
