Position: Customer Support - High End video game ( AAA)
Salary: 13.50$ (Day shifts) and 16.00$ (night shifts)
Location: Downtown (metro PEEL or Bonaventure)
Schedule: 24/ 7 (3 shifts available)
Are you a video gamer or passionate about video games?
Do you want to be part of a major sport video game launch?
Do you love customer service but not so much talking over the phone?
If you have answered yes than we have a job to jumpstart your career in an established company. You will be part of a company that does everything from social games, casual games , cellphone games and virtual worlds.
You main tasks will be supporting customers by:
- Troubleshooting video gamers accounts via a ticketing system
- Answering all clients’ inquiries about the game over emails
-Working with the developers to provide feedback from the gamers to ensure the quality of the game continues to get better
