Job title: Customer Service Representative

Do you want to work for the customer service/operations department of an amazing leader in the homeware industry?

*must be available on weekends every 3 weeks*

As a customer service representative you will:
- Manage customer inquiries, requests and complaints via phone, email, and online chat
- Handle warranty claims, property damage claims, or missing pieces requests
- Update and maintain client files
- Respond to inquiries from your retail locations
- Handle requests for service technicians

- Hours: 8:30 to 6:00pm - must complete 40 hours within operaitonal hours, 9-5pm on weekends
- Health and Dental offered after probabtion period
- 2 weeks vacation

- Salary $30,000

Qualifications
- Great communications skills in English and French
- 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
- High School diploma required
- Someone with innovation and strong initiative
