Position: Customer Service Representative

Are you recognized for your customer service skills?
Are you bilingual?
Are you dynamic, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks?

If so, here is a post for you! A leader in the material handling industry is looking for a dynamic person who wants to settle in the long term for a permanent position at their Ville Saint-Laurent office.

Salary: $ 35,000 to 45,000 (Based on experience )
Schedule: 8.00 am - 16.30 pm
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Duration: Permanent position

Under the supervision of the Head of the Customer Service Experience Department, you will have the following tasks to perform:
- Pre-qualify phone calls and forward requests to corresponding representatives
- Save information in the system
- Follow up on leads and sales that result
- Participate in training activities and sales and technician meetings

Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role
- Bilingual (French & English spoken)
- Good skills on the Office Suite
