Company that is in the manufacturing sector is looking for a customer service representative for a permanent position in Ville Saint-Laurent. The company works assembling and manufacturing bus parts.

As a customer service representative, you will have the following tasks:

-Order taking telephone, fax, email;
-Order entry in our ERP system;
-Follow-up orders and return customers;
-Permanent communication with our various shipping and supply departments;
-Do research for spare parts;
-Other related administrative tasks.

The person we are looking for must be very much focused on the proximity and speed of responses in order to best satisfy the clientele. We are looking for a bilingual person who is comfortable communicating with clients by phone or email.

The offered salary is between $ 38,000 and $ 43,000 per year, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, benefits after 3 months plus sick days, accessible in public transport.


• Minimum 2 years of experience;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Excellent ability to communicate with clients;
• Organizational skills, timeliness and ease of learning;
• Bilingualism (French and English) both spoken and written.
