We are currently seeking skilled individuals for full time work at a dynamic, national inbound call center.
This is a very busy, but rewarding role, best suited for someone passionate about customer service. Flexibility in schedule is key.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Opportunity: Full time permanent position
Location: Victoria BC. – Transit friendly
Work space: Large, open call center environment
Salary: Competitive pay, and opportunity for commission.
Start: July 23rd 2018

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answering incoming phone calls
- Processing payments
- Friendly and efficient customer service
- Product Knowledge
- Meeting monthly personal/ departmental goals
- Educate customers on benefits of being a customer
- Keep updated on competitor activity
- Determine needs and promote suitable products for customers
