We are looking for an expert Customer Service Specialist who will be responsible for onboarding newly acquired clients and partnerships. This is an exciting new opportunity that will involve communicating with both internal and external stakeholders while handling complex scenarios to create an impactful customer experience. What will you be doing as a Customer Service Specialist?
- Onboarding of newly acquired clients and partnerships
- Providing technical support through the on-boarding process, conducting product demonstrations and assisting with troubleshooting
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery and implementation
- Managing customer expectations and inquiries with a high level of professional
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

Who are you?
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a client facing role
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Experience in the financial or software industry an asset
- Bilingualism an asset (English/French)
