Customer Service/Order Desk Representative

what you’ll be doing

• Order processing
• Ensure pricing, operating principals and procedures are followed
• Provide order confirmations
• Perform daily backorder review
• Find positive resolutions to customer inquiries and complaints
• Resolve customer service issues by working with other departments
• Respond to pricing, billing, order status, late deliveries, short shipments and proof of delivery requests

• Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
• Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
• Good typing skills with 100% data entry accuracy
• Proficient computer skills
• Proactive, quick thinking
• Strong work ethic, ability to work independently
