We are looking for a Customer Service Rep with Order and purchasing experience that will provide all customers with a positive, efficient and effective service.

Located in Brantford, this candidate will start off on a temporary contract basis with the premise of being hired on permanently. You will be an enthusiastic contributor who is comfortable working within a team setting in a fast and furious environment. You must be organized and have a strong ability to work accurately with high attention to detail.

Some of your duties will include:

• Enter purchase orders and create work orders
• Track orders and provide customer communications in a timely manner
• Inside sales support
• Coordinate with shipping and transportation suppliers for product delivery
• Purchasing/Inventory Control
• Maintain current pricing data for Processing customers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• 1-2 years Customer Service Experience within an office setting
• Organized and Detail oriented
• Proficient in Simply Accounting, Windows, Word, Excel and MS Outlook
• Strong and effective communication skills
