We are currently looking for a motivated customer service/administrative agnet to join our bilingual team.

Position: Customer service/administrative agent
Industry: Optical
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (35-40hrs)
Location: Metro De la Savane
Salary: 31-34k

Tasks:
Business-to-business customer service
Oder entry via fax, email and phone
Process reinbursements and credits
Verify bills for discrepencies
Prepare shipments + paperwork
Data-entry
