We are looking for a professional just like you for an opportunity located in downtown Toronto. This is a permanent, long-term opportunity working with a well-known pension provider.

What will you be responsible for as a Customer Support Specialist?
• Providing customer support to a variety of different clients either by phone, email, fax or in person
• Supporting clients with solutions to their needs
• Using internal technology systems to support with updating client information when necessary
• Being proactive when keeping member/ client files up to date
• Working both collaboratively and independently daily to get the tasks at hand completed
• Consulting partners about sensitive topics and knowing when to escalate issues
• Maintaining confidentiality and respect to all clients/ members around their specific needs


Do you have the right qualifications?
• A completed post-secondary education
• 5+ years of similar inbound customer support experience
• 5+ years experience in a processing/administrative role
• Professional, patient and results oriented
• Successful candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check, credit check, and education check
• Bilingualism (French and English) an asset
