This office is located in the beautiful Leaside neighborhood! This Full-time position is designed for a data-driven individual!

What YOU will be doing:

• Own the data consolidation process and data entry function where you will take data inputs in various formats and compile the data in a standardized format
• Engage and coordinate with clients via phone/email to collect their business data
• Review and perform basic analysis to validate the quality and the accuracy of the data
• Conduct other ad-hoc administrative and editing tasks as assigned, such as proofing/editing written documents to be sent to the client
• Coordinating with the clients via phone/email to collect their business data
• Importing and exporting client data information from and to MS Excel
• Review and consolidate the data to ensure the information entered is accurate and reflective of clients business structure
• Adhoc clerical/administrative tasks as assigned

What YOU bring to the table:

• Excel proficiency (vlookup/match/offset and/or index)
• 1+ year of administrative support & data entry experience within an office setting
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency working with computers, including fast and accurate typing/data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Commitment and reliability
• Strong team player
• Intermediate knowledge on Excel (no V-looks up, but knows how to input data and organize it accordingly)
• Strong attention to detail
