calling all junior data entry professionals looking for valuable experience to add to their resumes! are you looking for a temporary position in a growing, successful company in York region? we are currently recruiting for a data entry role with an established, reputable company in Vaughan. in this role you will be responsible for various business and client focused administrative tasks.

how you will provide support:

• high volume data entry
• work with Success Factors and Kronos software
• data entry review and correction
• provide support to front office staff in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of work flow
• manage schedules and various other correspondence
• filing, scanning, copying of documents

what you NEED to be successful in this role:

• 1+ years of administrative experience
• experience with Success Factors and Kronos software considered a strong asset
• confident with software such as MS Word and Excel, intermediate knowledge preferred
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good eye for detail
• excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• provide deadline focused results
• can-do attitude and desire to go above and beyond
