We are currently looking for a Data Management Operator to support Canada's largest energy distribution company in Edmonton. If hired you will work full-time hours on a 6-months assignment (beginning ASAP), be paid $16.20 per hour, and be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for a group of partners, including the following:
•Filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties, using a computer terminal, typewriter, and other word processors.
• Performs high-volume data entry and creation.
• Accesses information from computer databases and/or maintains a computer database.
• Performs basic management of electronic files (i.e., print, copy, transfer and delete).
• Format and produce data files for cleansing and conversion.
• Detects and corrects errors found in the course of data mining.
• Uses word processing, spreadsheet, database or other software on a computer.

Qualifications
•High school diploma or its equivalent with 1-2 years of data entry or related experience
•Broader ERP/SAP/Oracle experience is preferred, related to Supply Chain Master Data (e.g. Item Master, Supplier Master, etc.).
•ERP Training and deployment experience is also desired.
•Proficient in MS Office and a tech savvy
