Our client is in need of a senior desktop/systems analyst to assist on infrastructure projects and provide IT operations support.


Assist with computer deployments – Image, backup, deploy software, etc.
Mail migration
Network setup & installation
Operations work
Resolving customer incidents
Fulfilling service requests
Active Directory administration
Troubleshooting mail/outlook issues
Coordination of new hires


· Senior Desktop/ System Analyst resource that has a solid understanding of the following:

· Windows 10 and MAC OS

· Computer imaging/setup

· Active Directory account management and troubleshooting

· Email account creation and troubleshooting

· IOS configuration and troubleshooting

· Providing a high level of customer service

. O365 administration

Skills / Experience

· Must of have 5 or more years of systems analyst and/or desktop experience.

· Create and maintain computer images

. Build, configure, and setup new computers.

· Track record of providing excellent customer service and outstanding communication skills.

· Experience in deploying and troubleshooting mobile phones.

· Experience in AD account creation and administration.

· Be able to prioritize tickets and work in a fast paced environment.

· Experience with O365 administration
